Kismet Klassroom is a special fund created by the Kismet Foundation to help local teachers cover the cost of classroom supplies—because no educator should have to reach into their own pocket to give students the tools they need to succeed. We believe that supporting teachers directly supports the future of our community.
This fund is available to reimburse educators for essential supplies used in their classrooms, up to $200 per teacher each semester. It’s our way of saying thank you to those who go above and beyond every day.
FUNDRAISER
KISMET KIDS: SUMMER MOVIE PROGRAM
To raise money for Kismet Klassroom, we're hosting a 6-week Summer Movie Fundraiser! Each week, families can enjoy a fun, family-friendly film at a local venue while supporting our mission. Ticket books with six movie passes will be sold in the community, with proceeds going directly to teacher reimbursements and program costs.
We're also inviting local businesses to sponsor a movie week with a $500 donation—covering film licensing, snacks, and supplies, with all leftover funds going straight to the Kismet Klassroom fund. Sponsors will be recognized on ticket books, social media, and at the movie screenings.
